Terms and Conditions – Game PK VIP Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Game PK VIP platform in any capacity — whether through the website or the Game PK VIP mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Game PK VIP.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use Game PK VIP. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use Game PK VIP you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the person whose details you are providing during registration. Registering on behalf of another individual is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee or close family member of an employee of Game PK VIP or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have had a previous Game PK VIP account that was closed or suspended as a result of a breach of these terms.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth and contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date. Game PK VIP reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

By completing registration you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active Game PK VIP account. If we identify that a player has registered more than one account — regardless of the name, contact number, payment method or device used — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any balances, pending withdrawals or bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Game PK VIP will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any bets placed, deposits made or actions taken while your account is logged in are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Game PK VIP support immediately.

3.3 Account Currency

All Game PK VIP accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts and winnings are all shown and processed in PKR. There are no hidden conversion fees at any stage of account use.

4. Deposits and Payments

Game PK VIP accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The list of available payment methods is displayed on the Deposit page within your account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your Game PK VIP balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this typically happens within seconds of completing the transfer. For bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on your bank.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is not permitted.
• Game PK VIP does not accept deposits from any source that appears to be associated with fraudulent or illegal activity. Any deposit identified as such will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit bonuses, where applicable, are credited according to the terms stated for each specific offer and are not applied automatically to all deposits unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made to any of the supported payment methods available on the Deposit page, provided the method was previously used to deposit funds into your account. Game PK VIP applies this requirement to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal requests.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Game PK VIP may require identity verification if it has not been completed previously. This is standard procedure and is not a reason to delay submitting a withdrawal request.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are shown on the Deposit page at the time of making your request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the required wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of any withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Estimated timelines are shown during the withdrawal request process.
• Game PK VIP reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a routine security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Game PK VIP offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket matches, PSL season, or other major sporting events.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the offer is presented. You must meet the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for individual use only. Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or exploiting bonus structures in any way that is not consistent with normal individual play is not permitted and will result in the bonus being voided.
• Game PK VIP reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Active players who have already claimed an offer will be given reasonable notice of any material change that affects their ability to complete wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Game PK VIP offers sports betting, casino table games, live dealer casino, slot games and fish shooting games. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available for that market. Game PK VIP reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds.

Cricket markets including Pakistan national team matches, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and bilateral series are available throughout the relevant seasons. Football and Esports markets are also available. Game PK VIP does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market and markets may be suspended or removed based on match conditions, data feed issues or risk management requirements.

7.2 Casino and Live Casino

Casino games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games use real dealers streamed in real time. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money on it.

7.3 Slot Games and Fish Games

Slot games and fish shooting games are games of chance. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available within the game information panel. Fish shooting games involve skill elements but outcomes also involve random components. Past performance in any game does not indicate future results.

7.4 Disconnection and Technical Issues

If you experience a disconnection during an active game session, Game PK VIP systems record the last confirmed game state. Reconnecting to the platform will restore your session to that last confirmed state. Game PK VIP is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device. If you believe a technical error on the platform side has affected a bet or game outcome, contact support with the relevant game round ID.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Game PK VIP and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to place bets, interact with games or exploit the platform in any way not consistent with normal human play.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or take advantage of known errors in the platform.
• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets designed to guarantee a profit from bonuses or exploit promotional structures (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or matched betting abuse).
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification processes.
• Using Game PK VIP to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts the platform experience for other users, including but not limited to harassment of customer support staff.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Game PK VIP reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected underage use, failure to complete verification when requested, or activity patterns that suggest abuse of the bonus system or the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests already submitted will be placed on hold for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without finding any breach, withdrawal processing will resume.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Game PK VIP will communicate the reason for closure and the outcome regarding account funds.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Game PK VIP support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance at the time of a voluntary closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks.

10. Privacy and Data

Game PK VIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering on Game PK VIP you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Game PK VIP's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in their account at the time any dispute arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses claimed by players in connection with platform use, technical issues, or decisions made during gameplay.

Game PK VIP is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials, or from the use of their account by an unauthorised third party where the player failed to notify us in a timely manner.

13. Changes to These Terms

Game PK VIP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and registered players will be notified via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of Game PK VIP after the effective date of any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update to these terms, you should stop using the platform and request voluntary account closure.
